Please use this form to submit a manuscript query. You must be a member of the Naval-Aviator Network to publish on Tailhook Ebooks. Members may submit for consideration original manuscripts for books, articles, short stories, poetry, plays, and other literary pieces, along with some films, photo arrays, scrapbooks or other unpublished works of general interest.

Also open for consideration are out-of-print works that have information, ideas, backgrounds, stories, or historical interest that need revisiting in today's world.

Some types of publications will not be considered because they are not suitable for the computer screen, are technically beyond our current capability, or express strong political, religious, or other controversial opinions that are more suitable elsewhere.

The principal criteria for evaluation is the legal title for any work. Authors must own all materials submitted, or otherwise have clear permission from the owners. For previously published works, owner permission should be obtained for use of all or part of the work. There can be no copyright infringements, publisher restrictions, or other questions of previous ownership.

This form allows you to tell us about your publication. It is only the opening step of the process leading to publishing on Tailhook Ebooks. Completing this query does not commit you to do anything. It only gives us a chance to learn what you have, and the amount of work necessary to help you complete a finished publication.

If we accept your proposal, you may present us with a *.txt or *.rtf manuscript in electronic format. The manuscript should be as complete as you can make it. We will prepare the work for publication on our Tailhook Ebooks website, and give it back to you for final approval before publication.

At that point, you should tell us the payment you want per printable copy. We'll add any extra overhead expenses, and that will determine the reader's price. The publishing procedure costs you nothing, except your time.
